DiTech is an iconic company to work for. We work and celebrate here as a family. The CEO, the Human Resource Team and all the managers have been of tremendous help in grooming my career here. Though I was new to this field, all my peers helped me and at this point of time I am a Pantomath. It has been a rare scenario wherein a CEO walks upto the people working in his organization and discusses about a member's goals, ambitions, visions, etc. but in DiTech, it is a culture.
In DiTech we have fantastic committees which take care of cultural activities, people grooming, enhancing soft skills, etc.
I do not remember that a single festival being missed here. We celebrate every Indian as well as US festivals.

The company also incubates various new projects - the most recent one - 3CM, this is world's first and only automated system for EDGARIZATION & XBRL.
