Service went south since the introduction of the ticket system, I paid for my subscription around 7 o'clock and send the email for proof of payment 30 minutes later, called the support team they told me to send the email to the support email which I did, funny enough on the ticket system all my emails were showing which surprises me because if I could see that, and you a support consultant you should see the same thing on the same ticket system, but till this moment I still don't have internet connection and it has been 12 hours since I made the payment, I am not happy at all with the after-hours support team!!! I was considering moving back to Afrihost and I have an even reason now after the first time I was told that I have to pay for a month of not paying subscription based on the contract I signed which I had never experienced with any ISP
