I am so disappointed in my experience with this company! I ordered some transfers that were on back order and I called to check on them on Monday and was told by an employee that they would be shipped out late Monday and get to me by Thursday! It s Friday and I just had to get a refund because they are still on back order! This is very unprofessional. I did not even receive an apology from them for any of my inconvenience.
