I can recommend it at any time, good starting point, metro about 700 meters away. Very friendly staff who take care of everything. The hotel also has bars and restaurants where you can get something to eat at reasonable prices. I especially liked the Sherlock Holmes Pup, happy hour from eight evenings :)
