I landed at JFK airport and I had my luggage. I called Carmel and a professional dispatcher answered immediately and told me my pickup driver would be there in less than 5 minutes and would have a sign in his window with my name. I saw the driver right away and he helped me with my bags and when placing them in the trunk he was very careful with my camera equipment. There was plexiglass between the front and back seats and he wore a mask the entire trip to Manhattan. The car had a very clean smell and was newly sanitized which made me feel comfortable in this Covid environment. The driver was professional and courteous and a safe driver who took his work seriously. It was a relaxing trip because of this and I appreciate Carmel's good work on hiring someone who cared about safety.
