We had been with a company for more than 20 years when they were bought by another company. We were very frustrated with the service and started looking around for options with our old hardwired system.

We found Telsco - from our very first interaction (requesting a quote via their website) to the house visit to go over our existing system, getting the quote, the installation of the upgrades and the continuous and constant contact to make sure that everything is ok - all of our experiences have been nothing less of impressive.

Every question we have - it is not a problem to take care of and get an answer for you. A good example - for the change over day, I needed to have a specific date to fit into our very busy schedule. It was no problem to get that date.

Today - customer service is everything. There is a lot of companies who say customer service is priority - we all know that is not the case. With Telsco from our very first interaction - we have felt nothing but understanding and respect and willingness to go the extra mile. We were so happy to find a company who cares and listens to what we are asking.

With the installation - there was a little hiccup very minor and not the technicians fault at all. We were contacted the very next morning and that same day someone was out to take care of it.

I did read the reviews on line as with most people today - its just how we find out about businesses. If there was a higher rating than 5 - we would give it.

Based on everything from the 1st contact to today - let's just say when you find the perfect fit of service and professionalism - why would you go anywhere else?
