I separated my 2 orders and told the cashier that I needed a gift receipt for my second order. He rung it up and handed me a regular receipt. I told him I asked him for a gift receipt and he had to call a supervisor because he had no idea what a gift receipt was. The supervisor got snotty with me and told me I had to tell him BEFORE he rung it up...I DID, BUT IF YOU DONT TRAIN PROPERLY THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPENS.
