The hotel has gone down for the worse. The front staff are just the worst.They are very rude and couldn't give a damm that you spending your money .It took us one hour to check in. If looking for customer service, its nonexistent. Many people complained about their rooms. We had a horrible experience . We dealt with it and stay because of the kids and we prepaid but never again.
