I ordered an item, and opted to pick it up at the store. I called to let them know I was going to be driving 4 1/2 hours to pick the item up. I even called to let them know when I arrived in town, and that I hoped I would make it before they closed. Upon arrival at the store, I informed the lady of who I was and requested the item that I had driven all that distance for. I was then told that they had shipped the item that morning! This was the second mishap in less than a month with these people. They are not professional at all!!
