First, we didn't appreciate the fact that we had to pay $15 extra for early check in or wait until 12:30 and check in at a kiosk instead of the registration desk like the diamond, platinum or comped guests got to do. That was in very bad taste of management. Second, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working and it beeped all night, which kept me up most of the first night. 3rd, when I reported this to the front desk, the lady taking my info seemed irritated that I said anything. The entire place is very impersonal now. We prefer to deal with people, not machines. I received texts from Ivy asking how things were, and she was helpful in getting us more pillows and blankets, but that didn't make up for the other disappointments. We waived housekeeping services and were supposed to get dining credit, but never got that either. We will be staying at the hotel that we normally stay at from now on.
