Don't waste your time going in unless you are read...

Don't waste your time going in unless you are ready to pay the " internet price". I was told the car I wanted was there by their internet sales consultant and once I got into the showroom, they tried to show me a bunch of other cars I didn't even want to see. After an hour, I found out that they didn't even have the car I wanted because they didn't want to pay the $75 transfer fee unless I agree on a price first, without even seeing the car!!!!!!!
Once we got to the negotiations, my salesman played the "mother-may-I" game until the manager came out and said "the internet price is the lowest we can go and the internet shows our bottom dollar price"!!!!!
Little did he know that he just lost three car sales because I was looking for another used car for my daughter (My wife told the salesman and I did too) and I was looking at a new Silverado. So by my estimation, because he didn't want to come off of $1000, he lost the company 3 car sales.
I will happily take my business and money somewhere else and I would recommend you do the same...
