Ian, Tad and the team at ICB Audio & Video have been exceptional. We contracted them for help with our new office space. Their expertise, pricing and delivery allowed us to proceed with confidence which, in turn, allowed us to focus more on our core business and the plethora of other things involved with our move.

Being a technology company ourselves, we needed a bit of a "wow" factor in our main conference room where we meet and entertain our clients. We also demo some of the products we are consulting our clients on in that room. Everything works (with ease) as proposed not only in that room, but throughout entire our space. There is no way we could have thought of all the things their expertise brought to the table.

They have made it readily apparent to us that they are completely committed to a happy customer experience. Based on our experience, that's not the norm in the world of technology. We all know of cases where plenty of money is spent with good intentions, but things don't work (or never worked) or maybe only one person knows how to use the technology. Thanks to ICB, that's not us.
