I would leave no stars if I could. I saw on his site that he did acne scar revision with great results on those with acne scarring that is very similar to mine, if not worse. There was no specification of what type of treatments these clients had, however. I was interested in getting treatment from him, but emailed over photos first since I live in Austin and didn't want to commit to driving all the way to Houston unless he could actually help me. I got a response by the assistant that he said he didn't have the "right machine" to help me and to consult with other doctors. I thought that was strange since he was supposedly able to help those other clients with scarring similar to mine. I asked the assistant what procedure he did on the patients with similar scarring to mine and she had no idea. She gave me his email and I emailed him asking the same question and I never got a response. It's just disheartening because I see that other people have had a good experience with him and I was hoping to be one of them, but he doesn't seem willing to help me or at least point me in the right direction.
