Luca Ciarfaglia you are absolutely right. They just waste your time. After all you have to be a cook, not an engineer. The cook is an artisanal profession, in the shop and with a chef who follows you closely. Just so you learn. You have to have the practice, the experience. If you don't have either of these two, nobody hires you. If you say you have done the ALMA, hotels or restaurants cannot care less.
