Here we go. Just walked out of there after they gave my to-go order to another customer. After that they told me that they would remake my order and I was cool with that. About a minute later someone comes out and tells me they are out of filet. Which is what I ordered. Here's what really got me sideways. There was no apologies, no remorse, and no offer to keep me as a customer. I don't expect the world but give me something for your mistake. Hell, just an apology. Will never return and will let everyone I know not to do business with them. Terrible customer service. Too expensive when Myabi is just as good and right down the street and it seems like they actually care about people.
