I recently used this company for a move, and while the overall experience was average, I did encounter a few issues. The scheduling process was smooth, and the movers were punctual and professional. However, some of my items ended up with minor damages, which was disappointing. The customer service was responsive, but I wish there had been a smoother resolution process for the damaged items. On a positive note, the pricing was fair, and the delivery was on time. I appreciate the effort put into the move, but the damages overshadowed the experience. I hope the company can improve their handling of fragile items to provide a better service in the future.
