As a customer, I found the financial services to be somewhat below my expectations. 🤨 While the website was informative, the customer service left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. The communication was not as prompt as I had hoped for, and I felt like my inquiries were not addressed in a timely manner. The investment options were decent, but I was hoping for more diverse choices. Overall, my experience was average; not bad, but not exceptional either. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.
