Worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. The pre op nurse Brianna was so rude and
uncaring. She shouldn't be allowed to deal with people. My husband was in the stroke center and needed gall bladder surgery. I kept asking to let me know when the surgery would be. I get a call telling me that they have him in pre op. I am stunned. The nurse tries to get me to give concent over the phone. I need to find someone to care for my Dad who is 91. I also want to give my kids a chance to get to the hospital.So I say I will be there in about 45 minuets. She says well we probably won't do the surgery. So I just rush to the hospital. When I get there in 10 minutes the nurse says very snotty that was a quick45 minutes. Bad experience
