The quality of service, food and drink is a disaster. Although it is an ultra all inclusive concept, it is a facility where you will not find a drink in restaurants or bars. One of the only hotels where you get tired of waiting for your orders and return to self-service. Ptt is a wonderful facility where you wait in a queue everywhere. I will never go again and a hotel that I do not recommend .. Ready answer to everybody is PANDEMY ..,
