I have been here a few times, but my last experience was AWEFUL.

I made an appointment, and with the storms I was going to be about 10 minutes late. I called to inform them of this and they said it was fine.
Later they called me about 5 after my appointment to cancel. Why? Because a client just walked in who was getting more expensive stuff done and if I can t keep my appointments then... I cut him off right there. I wasn t going to drive 40 minutes in traffic to be kicked off 3 minutes away. So after I had to yell at him what appointments are about. They took me.
Now the hair cut.
Paris wasn t happy to see that I made it. She told me I wouldn t be able to get a full service (although I would be paying for it) Because she had that other client to get to and then began to cut my hair. I don t like the top of my hair less than 4 inches so I can style it. She cut it down to 2. And where the cow lick is, which is normally smoothed out with product, SHE JUST CUT IT OUT. Then she says she ll go ahead and wash it quickly and just uses shampoo DESTROYING my naturally soft hair.
So I left with a too short, uneven, straw-feeling haircut. I ve gotten better hair cuts at great clips and I HATE great clips.
My hair is a mess, unwieldy and I had to have a friend give me some sort of coconut treatment just to make it feel like hair again. All because of 10 minutes in a storm.
This place showed that greed comes before the customer.
Stay away.
