I worked with Chris primarily on the sales deal of our RAV-4. He worked very hard at getting us a good deal for my trade in as well as our newer vehicle! He was friendly to deal with, there was no excessive sales pitches and the environment was very relaxed. They did an undercoating on the SUV and they did an excellent job; one of the better jobs I've seen in a while! We also got the pleasure of working with Shad (Finance Manager) to finalize all the numbers. He was very clam, funny, knowledgeable, not pushy at all! I highly recommend North Edmonton Kia, now that they are under new ownership/management.
