On their homepage they say: "Northgate Public Services approach is to fully understand your business before we talk technology. That way, we can offer clever solutions." Don't believe this. For example try to use their Southwark Council homepage system, try to report broken heating or missing bin, or apply for new parking permit. Half of the time you end up on some Oracle corporate BS page, other times this is just impossible.

So if your clients have choice, and you are the one who uses IT system by this company, you'll probably lose all your clients.

This review is based purely on my experience using their system.
