I understand you are short won staff...but I had a...

I understand you are short won staff...but I had a couple of guests that very un happy with lost lugguge. I was told a couple of times from your manager said their lugguge will be at the hotel at Midnight but end up coming in at 6AM between 8 AM which is very un proifessional.
