Made an appointment with Mamouth a month before actual appointment. Called me 20 min before scheduled time to tell it had been cancelled after letting them know I had taken time off work for the appointment I was told I would be called back I never received a call. I called the branch where appointment was made after a 10 min hold they offered to get me a number of another company who can get there sooner...Bad Business practices ....not respectful toward customers.
