Attention Bunq Victims! Official Investigation Requested!

I was a victim of Bunq closing my account without prior notice and withholding my funds for an extended period. Despite patiently waiting for 60 days and attempting to resolve the issue amicably, Bunq continuously provided vague and indefinite responses, prolonging the process unnecessarily.

Due to my concerns about Bunq systematically withholding customer funds with no clear timeframe, I took the following official steps:
✔ I filed a complaint with Kifid (The Dutch Institute for Financial Disputes).
✔ I submitted formal requests to DNB (The Dutch Central Bank), AFM (The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets), and EBA (The European Banking Authority) to launch an official investigation into Bunq.
✔ (One day after I informed Bunq about my complaints to DNB, AFM, and EBA, they suddenly released my funds!)

However, this is not enough!
⏳ My money was withheld for 60 days, and Bunq’s vague and evasive responses caused unnecessary financial and emotional distress.
💰 Bunq must compensate victims and cover the damages caused by this delay.
⚖ Therefore, I will continue to pursue my formal investigation requests against Bunq.
