Room was nice, but was charged for an occupancy charge later on my card. After calling and speaking to Hira H. Who was not helpful and quite rude never got a real explanation as to why my card was charged and not my husband's even though we paid for the room with his card. As a Hilton honors reward member Hira H. Was not a helpful person to talk to and the service we received from her will make us not go back to them again.
