The facade is gorgeous, but the rooms, while well serviced are old and worn. My door handle literally fell off.

Also their deposit guidelines are steep and the food, while good, is the most expensive in the area even for a hotel.

The nearby Renaissance hotel had just as good food with better pricing.

The staff could use work as well, they clearly have issues with their POS, and when I had room service, despite a 17% gratuity included automatically for the server, the server as I opened the door made sure to mention that it was common and expected for me to leave an additional 20 to 30%.

Which, had he not been so direct and demanding I might have been more willing to do.
