Their Google add says, "For urgent enquiries please call 02........"
Called to arrange having our Brake Testa calibrated. Went straight to answer machine, left a message, no reply! Drove to their factory and dropped off Brake Testa for calibration, paid extra for priority service. Job was done quick enough, all correspondence was via email and very prompt. When job was completed I received an email saying that payment needs to be made before they will despatch or release the goods. So I tried to call & pay, so that I can get my testa collected. Once again it goes straight to an answer machine and 4 hours gone by with no return call. Very frustrating when a business advertises that if it's urgent to call but then makes you leave messages and they don't return your calls!
