I will try to be as fair and objective as possible. The agent (F.B) who worked with us was great and everything was perfect till we closed. They made a mistake of charging an extra day of interest, which they admitted to in email and said they will either mail us a check or have the title company mail us a check. It's been 3 months and nothing but radio silence. We sent multiple emails to the agent, and to an assistant loan manager (R.C), that was included in the loan-closing email chain but received no response. They lost a client for a measly one day of loan interest and it's very disappointing, considering how great they were before the loan closed. I have 2 family members who wanted to work with this lender but I re-directed them towards another lender in the area.
