Very horrible administration. Had to wait 2 weeks ...

Very horrible administration. Had to wait 2 weeks for my learning license and at the signal test had to wait for 4 hours from 6am but they told us to leave because there were to many people even when I had an appointment. They always say they have alot of people as an excuse. Do not recommend very horrible.
