Horrible management and maintenance screw.
Filthy common areas; smells like trash and smoke on every floor. Constant break ins!
We've paying A LOT of $$$$ on rent, plus $350 amenity fee and this is the type of service we get?????
Filthy swimming pool, never opens on time!
We re paying amenity fee on time...why don t we get the fricking pool open on time???? Why don t we get working computers and printer in the lab????? The printer has been out of order for a couple of months.
When are we going to have hallways, elevators, parking, stairwells cleaned/vacuumed?
