I was delayed on a firearms transaction and from what I was reading online, apparently the OSP can be very slow to return calls from their message line. This was not at all the case for me however. I left a message and received a call back within a couple hours. The lady on the phone was super nice and really did well to explain the delay.

I never envisioned myself leaving a review for a police department, but I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and overall friendliness of the representative that reached out to me.
