I am Tanmoy Sarkar, have completed Post-graduation in Tool Design from CITD, Hyderabad in 2015. I have total 2.5+ years of experience in automobile design. During my PG I got interest in CAE/Analysis but I was selected from college placement so that time I don't have any option to choose my career. When I was looking for long term and right career path, I came to know about IKSC through Internet and I met Atul Patil sir, who is Managing Director of IKSC and has 25+ years of International Professional Experience. At IKSC I gave world class Psychometric test, which helped me in knowing my strengths, weaknesses and career aspirations. The test results and guidance from sir helped me in deciding BIW and Crash Analysis as my long term Career path.
My experience at IKSC has been wonderful because, the motivation from sir, our seniors and ex-seniors helped us lot. I have developed expertise in software tools like Catia, Hypermesh, LS-DYNA and ANSA. I got exposure to work on full body vehicle frontal crash project which helped me lot to gain knowledge in FEA and clear my doubts about crash analysis with the help of our seniors and industry experts. Apart from this, I have developed my skills in six sigma, value engineering and communication skills by Wordsmaya which has helped me in building up confidence.
