The staff were very friendly and showed me around the entire gym. There is ample equipment and variety of equipment to reach your workout goals. A Women's Only area is also available as well as separate male and female sauna facilities located in the locker rooms. Just a great gym if your looking for one that has everything including a pool and outdoor workout area for tire flipping, walking bb lunges and basketball.
