La Nordica Extraflamme customer service is non existant, I have been buying all my parts through pelletstovespares.eu.
Who send spares within a few days from Denmark to France.

The burn pot failed after a year and the cracked burn pot jammed the endless screw which stripped the brass ride thread. The fumes sensor failed. Now the augur motor failed with a Big Bang. I bought a new motor but it looks as though it’s failing has taken down the motherboard.

When it works it is great but such an unreliable machine. I would not recommend buying one of these.
