Awful experience and customer service with zero knowledge.paid double the value of the item for a shipping company and broker for no reason and no information
after ordered my items they charge me tons of money for shipping and after several days UPS again asked for extra charge to clear my package from border and no one mentioned this extra cost anywhere and when i ask the company they said they don't have any idea about it and they are not even willing to refund my money back.
I literally paying 200% money for shipping than my value of items. and the company didn't help at all to help me in this mess they made
