So disappointed and distrustful of CARP Accounts. I did not find my membership of value to me so DID NOT RENEW this year. Despite this, my Visa has been charged for a renewal of 1 year plus Zoomer magazine. I have tried unsuccessfully to reach CARP by telephone, email and through their useless chat service to no avail whatsoever! I want this charge reversed immediately to my Visa!! It was charged without my consent on Nov 29, 2018. Interestingly, even though CARP 'took' my money, mycarp still indicates my subscription has expired - AS IT SHOULD have. There is no way to reach these people hence this review! Perhaps this public shaming will get a reply! Be careful seniors! CARP - you have my email address on file - I expect an immediate reply! UPDATE Dec 13, 2018: finally received an email reversing the charge.....but no apology or explanation of why I had no communication until posting a nasty review. And, I've never put a review like this on anyone's website before but that was all I could do.
