Terrible people to deal with. Cut the deal, the vehicle needed a repair and they said it would not be ready for several days. Called back and it was sold to another person. Would not take full payment or even a deposit when I accepted their offer, said I had to come in the day it was finished. They never contacted me to say it was ready. I'll never deal with this dealer or any Lithia dealers since this is how they operate.
