We initially engaged another reputable law firm to represent our family in the applications for Tier1 entrepreneurial visas which were approved after some unexpected hiccup; as much as we appreciate their commendable efforts which entail much arduous, painstaking and sometimes confusing instructions, we had discovered to our great dismay that their follow-up works and document chasing during the extension stage were anything but to a tee; in a nutshell, it left much to be desired, without a shadow of a doubt. In view of the circumstance, we had no choice but to change horses in midstream, so grudgingly - with Charles Green of S&W picking up the mantles of representation only to find our case somewhat challenging. Notwithstanding the fact that we were left running down the clock - sailing dangerously close to the wind, unwittingly - by those who were responsible for providing us with the requisite documents, Charles and his very competent assistant, Alice Maresi, have shown their true mettle and grit through and through. Their efficiency and professionalism have been instrumental in helping us collect and collate all the required documents in the nick of time, save for a very important piece of document which would have rendered our family s applications technically non-compliant. The fact that the system operates in such a way as to allow the Home Office to tick boxes in relation to any application, and if a box cannot be ticked then to reject the application, has caused us the most consternation. Wearing my heart on my sleeve, I must say that I had had so many sleepless nights - with all the uncertainties niggling at my mind on end - and wishing that the comforting reassurance could be meted out by our lawyer, S&W, but it was not to be. Had this been a complicated case of medical treatment, I would have opted for a second opinion, pronto - and, perhaps, even moved on to pastures new.

Well, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and as it transpired, coming like a bolt from the blue, our family s applications were miraculously approved within the space of five days, and the rest is history.

I must say hats off to both Charles and Alice - with profuse thankfulness for good measure - who had prepared for us the best possible representation. I would strongly recommend Bishop and Sewell to any visa applicants.

Many thanks, indeed - I feel truly beholden to your great efforts and prompt assistance.
