My husband and I have stayed at this hotel every October for the past nine years. We take an annual trip to the Caribbean. This year, at check-in, it was discovered that our reservations did not include the at hotel parking benefit (through no fault of the hotel). Samantha, was assisting us with our check-in, spent quite a bit of time rectifying the situation while working with her managers.
