Nice and clean dealership with some decent salesman working the floor with a ton of options to choose from. I will change my review once the car is actually in my hands depending on how smooth that goes. This purchasing time was during covid 19 so I understand they are half staffed. This review could have went either way in actual star amounts. My original experience was not good at all and I actually left to go to another lot, the original salesman left me waiting for 25 minutes out front with the key, knowing I was in a rush to get to work, thankfully Ian (who is awesome) helped me out! The actual act of buying the car went kinda smooth, Estabaun was so busy who could barely sit, yet again, I understand due to Covid, everyone including myself is making up for slack due to salary cuts etc. The big deal of this buying process that upsets me the most was finding out today they did not send out my Co buyers paperwork the next day but 2 days after. This after stressing I needed the car Friday or Monday at the latest for work (the whole reason I was buying a car). Due to this mistake on there end, I will have to rent a car and go out of my way, which is not the coolest thing in the world. Overall, I cant say I would totally would buy another car from this dealership or send a friend over, as this was the second subaru I have purchased in Denver, this was a far worse experience. Ian kindly reached out to see if there was anything to do to help, I refuse to take possession of a vehicle that is not properly financed yet, he also offered me a complimentary tank fill up. This is all cool and I really do appreciate it, but does not exclude the fact nobody listened to my needs, promise from several people and still dropped the ball.
