Never had to chase someone down to pay them!
I have had the most stressful,unprofessional , and time consuming experience ever in trying to pay off a collector. I have been getting the run around from this firm for over 2 weeks. I am on a very limited budget with a family to take care of and the firm continuously gives me trouble trying to pay. They keep telling me that funds will be removed from my account but it has been a week and nothing has been done. I call in and I get attitude from the collector . I am normally a peaceful person but when I call them it brings out a frustration that I hate to endure. I wish that they develop a better collection process because this process makes it difficult to work with. At this point I would rather just hire a lawyer and go to court, at least I would be able to make a payment to the courts.
