I handed over my bracelet to one of security at a checkpoint and she didn't give me back after. As I was in a hurry to catch my flight, I didn't notice my bracelet was missing. Later I called the security and the airport many times to claim it back, but none of them returned the item to lost and found. I called the authority and traced down the footage at the checkpoints on that day and the security who had my bracelet took my jewelry away and left the checkpoint. I reported the situation to the security manager and finally someone "noticed" my item and put in lost and found. I was even asked to pay the courier fee for my missing item. As that bracelet meant a lot to me, I felt very frustrated losing it, but this incident made me more frustrated and it's the most disturbing and horrible experience I've never had before with any other airports.
