We had Jeremy M. out today and he was wonderful. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. Jeremy fixed our problem quickly and explained every step of the way. He even took the time to answer questions I had about other cooling issues in my home and our future plans. All around, Jeremy was a great technician and we had an excellent experience with Columbus Worthington Air.
