DO NOT ENCOURAGE! They took 4 months to refund my deposit, leaving me 2 months without news and then 2 months waiting for a $ 30 refund. When I mentioned in a message that I found it very ordinary. The person in charge of the Spa Brasil instagram account started to say that she had lost the message and that before judging / criticizing; $ 30 was really nothing to her (Cinthia). No customer service and no business sense. I am a student and I had to run after them for my deposit. Only there for the profit and are not very present when there is a problem!

DO NOT GO THERE! They took 4 months (And multiple messages from me) before refund my deposit of 30 $ back (because of contemporary covid closing). Nobody answered me until i sent about how it wasn't ok for a business to go stop answering me. The person responsible of the Spa Brasil Instagram account then started to tell me how she lost ALL of my previous messages (since february and we are beginning of june) and that i didnt need to criticize anything cause 30 $ was nothing for her to refund. No focus on clients service and business laws. I am a student and it took everything for me to have a message from them even while posting stories and such. Really poor quality service + insulted me for asking for such a "not expensive" refund after ignoring me for 4 months LOL
