I am Rating this as a 4 star at the moment due to just today becoming a Gainsco customer. But as of so far they are great. Johnny Garcia was the agent that spoke with, he was very professional and easy to discuss the policy with (all while my kids were houndi g me in the background) he let me know all the details of my policy and everytime I had to call back (b/c my life hectic) he would ask if he needed to recap what we had discussed previously. Prices are great also. This is the only company that I have found that could be our Geico policy price. Big thumbs up from us
