I've had amazing week's experience with my kid (4 y.o) this January 2020 in Sofitel the Palm - true tropical paradise, a little French Polynesia in Dubai!! I really appreciated the great pro-active service of the team, every our wish and even thought were approached with real care and attention. The room was spacious and always clean, also with the nice view. The swimming pool was amazing! All the restaurants were great, especially Seafood MOANA recommended for dinners. For the lunch we preferred the Lounge on the seaside - cool music and sushi! Breakfasts were very tasty - we tried cosy The World Eatery, a lot of fresh juices, fresh bakery and big variety of delicious hot dishes! And very nice KID's Club, where my son played while I spent couple of hours in the SPA. SPA in Sofitel is truly amazing, green and beautiful - you have to try! Car-transfer to the airport was a blast - upgrade to the cosmic TESLA was unexpected bonus to our perfect stay!!!
