Family of five including a young child and a senior citizen have been yanked around by Managment to get into an apartment for nearly 2 months now. We left our previous home at the end of March with the full expectation to be moved in to our new apartment within just a couple of days. Everytime we show up, money in hand, ready to sign the lease, they need another paper signed, another document faxed, an updated proof of income and bank statement. Meanwhile my poor family has been hoping from hotel to hotel and living in the car while they say it should only be a few more minutes only for them to close and not be back in the office for 4 more days.
