I was very impressed when Hugo arrived and had our short to the AC fixed, and the thermostat reset within 45 minutes. Temperature dropped 15 degrees in just as many minutes. These folks are the real deal, and we ll be doing our business through them from here on!!! Definitely 5 stars plus!!
