Rooms exceptionally clean and very big we were in room 3160 the staff were very friendly and helpful, I was told the fridge in your room cannot be emptied (of the hotels drinks ) or you would be charged $70 in our case this is not true the fridge was empty on our arrival, there is no kettle in the room if you like a cuppa in the morning take a travel kettle or go downstairs to one of the many places that sell tea and coffee, this hotel is in a great location and right next to a fantastic shopping centre (the Miracle mile) don't eat or drink in the hotel as it is very expensive, my husband had to return a vodka and soda as there was no vodka in it , the barman assured us he put vodka in it (out of a soda symphony) when my husband told him once again there was no vodka in it he then poured a vodka from a bottle, my free drink for playing the machines was excactly the same,your best place to eat and drink is in the shopping centre we got a lovely breakfast for $4.95 in la salsa, also another great place is earl of sandwich, take a walk round it first don't just go into the first eating place as they are all very reasonable, the only annoying thing is people plonking little sachets of cream in your face every 2 minutes my advice is do not even look at them no eye contact, would I stay there again yes.
